6400 with my D7000. Auto ISO set to 100, max 6400 @ 1/30 sec.

I set all my cameras to auto iso w/max being the highest normal iso (I don't use "High 1" or whatever it is).

When shooting w/flash I switch off auto iso and set the iso as low as I think I can get away with (based on distance).
