White background in a small space
Mar 7, 2013

Hi All

I realise there is a fair deal of posts on achieving a high key background.

I have a short space to operate in depth-wise, and am looking to photograph clothes on a tailors dummy to put on a clothing website.

My basic question: Is this piece of kit likely to work...

It seems from the reviews this might be an expensive but useful option, with an elinchrom d-lite 4 stuck inside.

My alternative is pin a white muslin to the wall and light it with one or two strobes, possibly with oval background modifiers.

Any views? I will basically go for the solution which will give me the most even background light in as short a space as possible. So if either or both of these work, I'll be happy!
