FZ 150 MANDARIN Headdress

Hi all

I just love the colours on drake mandarin ducks. With all the courtship feathers present, that headdress has to be one of the most beautiful sights I’ll ever be fortunate enough to see.

For those who may be interested, here’s a shot that I was fortunate enough to grab a few days ago in almost ideal light levels at full zoom. As usual, I’ve cropped and resized the image for internet display, which of course always affects original detail to varying degrees.
