Device to Flip Camera from Horizontal to Vertical Orientation

I have a slide which allows me to cha-cha my Canon 7D exact distances for landscape orientation 3-D photos.

I'm looking for a easy to use quality but "budget" priced device to mount on the slide to make it possible to quickly flip the camera from horizontal to vertical orientation.  So far the best I have found is the Stroboframe 300-115 Vertaflip PHD Camera Platform.
