1.  Do you really think "Vera" is a guy's name, Sleeper?

2.  Owning a lens can tell you, at least subjectively, how much it's worth.  I can't guess what a lens is worth, only what it should cost.  Are you awake enough to savvy the difference?  A 5:1 zoom which requires the same sized front element groups as a 3:1 zoom is going to cost more at the same level of quality.  Even I can understand that.
