nikon 70-200 vrii vs 200 f2 vri

First and foremost, Ive got a bad case of NAS.  Just wanted to lay that out there.

Now, more importantly, can anyone offer a comparison between these two lenses?  I currently own the 70-200 vrii (which I use on a d600), which I almost exclusively use for near the 200mm length, often for outside photography, chasing kids.

While the images are great, albeit, the focus a bit slow, I was wondering if anyone could compare it to the 200 f2?  Ive heard amazing things, but was curious about first hand experience?  Any words of advice are greatly appreciated.  I know its pricey but Ive found a great deal on a mint VR I version (and quite frankly, on top of NAS, Im a sucker for a great deal)...

If anyone can speak to this, Id be forever greatful.
