Do Elinchrom RX lights need a power pack?

Hi there,

I am conisdering buying some Elinchrom RX1200  lights for my studio and wondered, do I need to use a power pack for them to operate or can I just plug them in my wall outlet? And if I can plug them into wall outlets, would firing 4 of these cause a fuse to blow or is it a non issue?
