Portrait C&C very welcomed

The lens I am using, a 50mm 1.8g, on my Nikon D7000 is equivalent to a 75mm. I could use my kit lens (18-105) but I really do like the 50mm focal length (75mm on the D7000). I will use both and play around with it to see how it looks. My budget is tight right now so have to use what I currently have.
