Need advice on lights set up for large gym

Thanks for your detailed suggestions.

I have visited the gym and it is big (space for than 2 basket ball courts). I am not sure how to position 3 heads since the (about) 100 trainee will be spread all over this surface and I will be moving around. For this reason I was thinking to have a fill flash on the top of the camera. What about positioning 2 heads in the opposite corners of the hall.

I am going to do some testing but I need a starting point.
