If you mentioned this why not 50 1.8?

But for now thats the closest you will get. As others have said there is an enormous amount of legacy and other brand lenses you can use on a NEX with various auto/manual adapters , something you can't do as easily on the Fuji.

The 50/1.8 looks like a very nice lens. However, 20mm and 35mm are more general purpose focal lengths, and 50mm on APS-C can often be limiting. For example, I can slightly crop an image taken with 35mm to match 50mm FL but can't do it in reverse.
