6d vs 5d mk II video capabilities and 6d review

Hello. I have a question relating to the review which shows the video capabilities of 6d as being much lower than the ones of 5d Mk II.

Is it really less capable? Or is it just inferior according to todays standards.

What I mean is this: had 6d been released about the same time as 5d Mk II was, would it get the same score for video (if we don't take into consideration the missing headphone jack)?
