the facial skin tone with built in flash is insanely natural, not the overexposed white blob I get from my nex.
I dont use much flash at all, in general.
When I do use flash, I use the EF-20 which I place a sto-fen diffuser on top of as well as point it up to bounce a little.
However, for the vast majority of images in my Flickr X100S set, I did not use flash at all.
