OMD camera technique for HDR

I really like my OMD EM-5 but I'm struggling to shoot HDRs without getting multiples of what I want. The camera shoots so quickly that I seem always to get 15-20 images instead of the 5 required. Bracketing demands the sequential shooting mode. Is there any easy way to limit the shots fired to 5 only? I never seemed to have this problem with my 4/3 cameras. Do I just need younger more sensitive fingers? Thanks for any useful advice.
