As to the retooling of the E-5 or a new sensor in the E-5 body with new IBIS and New focus system . Essentially a E-5 MKII

Well The Other suppliers have done the same thing.

Pentax K-5 MKII   K-5 and no AA and Improved Confusing focus assist light. (Essentially the same body)

This product was very much a warm over.

Nikon D7100 = D700 with some new improvements and a new sensor and focus system. (Essentially the same Body.)

At least this product got a bigger sensor and a new focus system.

Rumored Canon 7D same camera with new sensor.

We are going to see a lot of this from now on these systems work and the users are used to the handling and ergonomics.

I doubt we will see a K-01 type camera for a while . ( Well hopefully never a yellow one again.)

People seem to have Identified what they want in a DSLR.
