If Dennis is looking for a camera, today, to run an older collection of manual focus K mount lenses, then there's plenty of options and surely the K-01 is one of them.

The K-01 is probably one of the least expensive options with an APS-C sensor in it. Maybe a discounted NEX-5N or -3C would come in at similar pricing, if either can still be found.

The chances of Ricoh releasing a K-mount module for the GXR would have to be estimated as very low, or at best, a do you feel lucky bet.

If anything it would seem logical that due to the failure of the K-01, Pentax-Ricoh would decide not to build a K mount module for the GXR, assuming of course the GXR even continues to be built or updated and currently there is no evidence this is likely to happen.
