Composition is too much skewed to the right, feels like she's falling off of the frame. Some may like cutting off the top of the head, but I don't think anybody does it at hairline, it doesn't look natural. Somehow the OOF areas look 'separated' from the face as if they were softened in PP. The head turned slightly down as if she put her forehead agains the glass in front of her.
