Is the EM5’s Miss-Stated ISO concerning to you?

No you should make sure that you understand what ISO is and is not. Your OP is based on a number of misunderstandings and, judging by your reply, you misunderstood Ken's helpful post as well.

DxO's "measured ISO" has nothing to do with the ISO standard. What DxO measures is how much light it takes to reach the RAW clipping point at a certain camera ISO and camera makers are free to set that point as they please. Consequently, the E-M5 ISO is not mis-stated regardless of what DxO finds the "measured ISO" to be.

There is no "cheating" going on here and no attendant risk that some cameras are unduly favored in comparison with others in DPR studio-scene comparisons.

There have been lots and lots of discussion of this on the forum, not least about the time the E-M5 was released. If you missed it, make some searches and read up.
