Buy 5D mark II in Taiwan?

I don't know about the Canon you mention, but I visited Taiwan last year and was disappointed to find that the cost of camera gear was higher than in the UK.  It's not a cheap place to buy camera gear - you will probably do better in the EU iif you look around.
