Yes the 30db SNR is their standard 18% gray SNR. I am pretty sure these are adjusted for "print", but I could be wrong. They have the details in one of the article on their website either in the publications/insights or in "About" menu. Btw I should add that apart from 30db and 9ev the 3rd requirement is 18-bit color depth.
