I think Simon also pointed out that he reads the feedback, or most of it, but doesn't have time to respond. I can understand that.

I think adults can easily work out how to operate under the one-way moderation that exists here.

I have been moderated when I have been immoderate (very rare event).  I believe I have complained several times about moderation towards other users, but not towards myself.  In that area, Simon might be mistaken...

I have even had one brief post appear later under someone else's user name, but what does it matter?

I don't always need to see a result in the immediate - they might just make a needed change in the general or future.
