Hey Donald. Would it also be worth pointing out the differences between Medium Format and Full Frame (35MM) as the difference from Full Frame to Medium Format is much more drastic than the difference from APS-C to FF am I right?

Maybe. MF is a loose term for a wide range of sensor sizes, BTW. Do not tell this to the D800 owners however.

This would mean that Full Frame is crop as well compared to the next format up if I'm reading this right (I think that I read an article that talked about the focal length difference and F Stop differences between Full Frame and Medium Format and there was quite a big difference).

Yes but ... FF does not rely on MF lenses. The APS-C user has a very limited choice of lenses designed for that format. So FF does not actually crop a huge part of the useable image.
