The toning is wrong. Not so much that it can't work for this image, but that it's poorly done and the weak link.

If you are going to try to tone invest in Silver Efex pro. Push button effects never come off well. In this case it brings down the level of your photos, makes them look like something from a schoolgirl playing with her phone, with all due respect to schoolgirls.

If these looked really good to you on your monitor you might think about getting some monitor calibration.
