Keep the size as is.  Don't want a bigger camera -that's why I gave up my DSLR in the first place.

Better EVF.

Swivel LCD - but if that adds too much to the weight, the existing flip screen is fine - same comment with an included flash.

I'm perfectly happy with 16mp, but they will likely continue the MP race.  I'd opt for more DR high ISO performance.

Longer battery life.
