Pan 20mm for sharpest walkabout ?

Looking for a sharp walkabout (street) that will work well with both OMD and GX1. Plan on using it wide open and the 40mm equiv. is good for me. Don't mind a little bulk from the bodies, just looking for a combo better than my G12/G15's. Is this a good choice or is something else out there?
