More guns, higher risk of injury?
Feb 26, 2013

Whether it happened at home or on the streets, whether it is accidental or intentional, the data seemed to support the argument that more guns, higher risk of gun injuries which are not experienced by other developed countries, and even some developing countries.

Using data from CDC report for 2010 , I have plotted it in relation to gun ownership for comparison.

Have a look at Wyoming and Montana. Those two had low firearms murder rate, but now they don't look that safe with high firearm injury rates. They had very high suicide rates too. I am still looking into those.

Doesn't Princess Lea come from Alaska?
