Tripod recommendation - $400 max budget

I have the N-2204, the carbon version of the N-2004, and I am very satisfied with it! Get it with the Sirui K-20x head and you will never have to buy another one for around 400 you could get the carbon version, too...

Or with this budget maybe you want to look at the Manfrotto 055 line? I have a Cullmann for work at home, very stable but kinda heavy and bulky, and I don't know if you can get these in your place...
