D600 - 12bit vs 14bit...

It was my question today - is it worth gaining buffer size from 16 to 27 RAW files according to the manual in high speed burst by choosing 12bit instead of 14bit...
I know, it's an old beaten up to death topic, but I had to make a choice today for myself... My 2 D3s bodies are out of questions because of their huge buffer and small file sizes (compared to D800 and D600 that is). I always shoot 14bit RAW in double card setup...
Now I really want to ask you guys a question - is it worth it for you personally?
Yes, I did some home made tests, and here is the result - first link shows original and pushed file and second - comparison between 12 and 14 bit RAW files... Yes, it is a clear difference in shadow colors and I am sure you see it as well...

Thanks for you time,
