That's one of my pet peeves with the X100. (I tried the XPro1 for one week) I shoot with DR set to Auto and need to adjust exposure in Post but it depends on which DR level the camera chose. Usually I can tell based on the ISO I see in LR, if it's ISO 400, then increase exposure in Lightroom by 1 stop, ISO 800 then 1.75 stops. But there's no way to automate this as far I know.
