Poll for the Sharpest zoom ever

I have owned all four - and still own the 3 shorter ones.

The 200-400 sounds good on paper but is essentially, like all long glass, a very specialist item of little practical use to about 85% of the world!

I also owned the 300 2.8 VR  and sold that as well.

Both too big and too unwieldy - and both represented far too much money tied up in a case in the studio getting less than a week of use a year.

Great glass if you have the use for it.
