Problems with nex 5n round button

I have one problem with my sony nex 5n. Problem is that round button, for shuter speed and so on have some trouble. When you turn it anti clockwise, to lower the shutter speed, than it dosent do that. I have at 4000, want to lower down it go to 3800 and than again to 4000. I cant lower down speed. The problem with button is also in manu. Something is wrong with hardware of button i think. Did any body have some problems like that?
