GH3, WiFi, and Eye=Fi

Those of us with a GH3 and a Mac have found that the Lumix WiFi built in the GH3  will not allow you to transfer from the GH3 to a Mac.  So I decided to use a 16G Eye-Fi that I have and tried to transfer about 140 images, of which 30 were RAW.

The GH3 does not recognize the WiFi activity and turns off power.  And the maximum time you can leave the GH3 on is 10 minutes before the economy setting turns the camera off.  And, with this many pictures it took about 60 minutes to transfer.  I had to keep the GH3 awake by repeatedly pressing a button.

So the Eye-Fi doesn't play well with the GH3 either.  Oh well, I like the GH3 so much I can live with this.
