tool to re-unite my JPEGs and RAWs?

I'm trying to organize my photos from 2012 (first full year with a DSLR) and I have a slight problem.

I shot everything in RAW+JPEG. And I'm glad I did. In the beginning the JPEG OOCs could not be beat. But my post-processing skills have been improving at a steady rate, so now I sometimes go back to old RAWs reprocess them with amazing results. The slight problem is I have too many RAWs.

Out of 15,000 JPEGs sitting in my family album, 2,000 are keepers and 13,000 are junk. All the "keeper" JPEGs are neatly organized and rated. In another drive I have all 15,000 RAWs sitting in one giant "RAW-2012-Archive" folder.

Now the time has come to get rid of the junk. Deleting the junk JPEGs is easy enough. But what is the easiest way to delete all the junk RAWs while keeping all the keepers?

The RAWs are not organized or rated, only the JPEGs are. I think what I need is some sort of utility that will look at my remaining JPEGs and go fish-out the corresponding RAWs from the archive folder. Does anything like this exist?

Thanks
