Saw this Nanoha extreme macro lens mentioned in either Pop Photo or Shutterbug recently.

Does either 5:1 or 4:1 and has an LED light attachment that is powered by a USB supply. Ultimately I think 5:1 and 4:1 is too extreme for anything I would ever be interested in doing.
