LTZ470 - As I watched the slides show I realized I was enjoying both the action captured and the ...  expressions ... and it occurred to me it might be fun to gather up a bunch and put 'em together.  Hope you don't mind.

LTZ470's Soccer kids with their eyes on the ball!

FastStone "CAPTURE" made it easy to grab some that appealed to me.  It has a "Fixed Region Capture" that I set at 200x200 pixels and as a viewed and saw an interesting expression I just activated then placed the square capture area around it.  Hot keys also make the project easier.  A ctl-S would save it to my capture folder.  Once I had about 14 captured expressions I used FastStone IMAGE VIEWER to show me the thumbnails which I then selected and sent to Photoshop.  In CS6 I setup a grid with 200 pixel spacing so as I did the copy and paste operation between the individual grabs and the new 800x600 they would pop right in place within the grid.  It took me a few minutes to setup and display the grid and turn on "snap" which makes 'em pop in place but after that using hot keys ctl-A (select all) then ctl-C (copy) then ctl-V (paste) helped me to quickly move each one into the grid image.  Given more time energy and ambition the heads could be moved around for better effect.  Just did this as a sample illustration to pass the idea along to you.  Lemme know if you have any questions about the procedure.

..... long live the memory of the FZ50 (... even tho mine's gathering a bit of dust these days!)
