As Requested: Images of Blind and New Bird Pics
Feb 24, 2013

Finally dug up my wife's little Canon point and shoot and photographed my blind setup for photographing birds. This is a Kwik Camo portable blind and it does work.  It is comfortable for an average sized person. Goldfinches were actually landing on me when I was concealed.  Redpolls have actually landed on my off camera flash bracket. The second photo was taken from my kitchen window and you can see my available perches and feeders.  One negative feature of this technology is that my wife looks at the images and says "Why do you need a new camera--these look great!."  I have to remember to show her all of the failed attempts:-D..................Jim

And some results:

Red-Breasted Nuthatch

Male House Finch

Tufted Titmouse
