"Tablified " & WiFi Finders - questions (7" tablet, Android 4.1.1)

Ross recommended "Tablified", for browsing only apps optimized for tablets (i.e. not phones) and I have found "Tablified Market", is that right?

When I go into it, it looks totally unstructured, I cannot find an index or how to find just the WiFi apps, etc, what am I doing wrong?

Secondly, which is the best WiFi Finder? Am I dreaming, or is there one which shows me a street map with my location in the middle of it, which would have to be, presumably, a GPS-based app?

I wish I had started on tablets when I was much younger, and had better eyesight . . .
