The K-01 has a DOF preview that will stop down the lens so you can see the effects of aperture in live view. This is the same as on the other DSLR with live view, or at least with the K20D and K-5.

That only shows the DOF blur/sharpness. The liveview exposure however remains constant even if the actual exposure itself is under/over.
