The Sunday BIRD Volume 8, Issue 36 February 24, 2013

I spent a brief hour in a local National Park after work last Thursday. In amongst the tall trees and dense bush the E-5 was a little outside its comfort zone at ISO800, but there were plenty of small birds fussing and flittering about feeding in the trees. I was kept busy trying to hit the small overhead targets with the ZD300mm.  Here are the few that I caught in reasonable light.

She came right up close to pose for me, but stayed in the shadows
