One probably minor concern would be the possibility of moire in wedding dress type shots with non AA filtered D7100.
I have a D800E and moire is rare but then I don't shot scenes with fine fabrics in them like there would be in a wedding situation. That would be the type of scene where moire is likely to occur. Of course moire is not only an issue for non AA cameras but it could be a little worse.
Although I would think the solution would be to take many shots. I doubt moire in one would repeat in another if handheld and moving around getting slightly different perspectives and focal lengths if using zooms or moving around for primes.
Just a thought.
