Have you read Ming Thein's blog? He's a professional watch photographer who writes very well and takes great photos. And uses an OM-D with 60 macro.

Here's his review of the 60mm Macro and the 600R flash. This is a great bit on watch photography and using the OM-D. Might be a worthwhile read for you.
