I will be turning 65 in a few months and still love to hike, but it does get tougher. Living at higher altitude does help as this fall we were in Breckenridge and saw some people struggling with altitude sickness.

I am hoping someday I can get out of vacation mode and do more just for photography trips. It seems like I never have the time to set up my tripod or use HDR, or make sure I am taking advantage of the best light. It is usually the problem if just fitting the places I want to see in our schedule. The slide show of Colorado is an example of missed opportunities for better shots as you will see blown highlights and pics that could be sharper -
