Noise removal software? Or..?

For those with Capture NX2: If using Capture NX 2 try using the opacity sliders as well. I often find that with better quality reducing the luminance channel and leaving chrominance at 100 gets me closer to what I want. sometimes I use the RGB channels as well for a second dose. The new 2012 reduction is only available in camera settings so cannot be applied selectively, have yet to use it practically.
