I am sure there are people who feel the need to tweak lens corrections to the nth degree, and there are applications that allow this... there is even control in Olympuses own Viewer software.

I am not someone who would ever be interested fiddling with my images in that way... I did purchase PT lens when I was using Aperture 2.0, but as soon as Version 3.0 appeared with lens correction for the lenses I used, then I had no further use for it

Apertures lens correction may be minimal compared to these other applications...but it does what it sets out to do, seamlessy and automatically.

my whole reason for contributing to this thread is to refute the allegation that Aperture doesn't do lens correction AT ALL when I know that it is patently untrue
