Yep that is a Morning Glory.
My wife had blue & pink ones growing along the deck, they would climb up the sides & bloom all the way around on the hand rail.
I bet the Morning Glories growing on the fire escape was a beautiful sight!
I agree the P880 can produce a quality bokeh, especially so for having a relatively short tele focal length. Top notch lens all the way around.
