What? You work here, you represent DPR, wether you like it or not! you are what the customers "Users" interact with, you are the "face" of the site, we" the customers" deal with "you" the front line. This is the same as if I go to a 7/11 and tell the guy at the counter: You know pump # 3 is on fire, and he answered me: well I'm just the guy at the counter, Wow! You really think that they will pay more attention to me than a Moderator with the power to delete whole trheads?
