To answer the question. No.  There isn't.

But to be slightly more constructive, how expensive is shallow depth of field?  My F1.8 50mm cost about £25, my F1.4 50mm cost about £75.  that's two lenses both capable of very shallow depth of field see here for an example of the F1.8, those wool stiches are about 1-2 mm apart* for less than £100.

I'm not aware of any software which could produce that kind of effect for that price in the 30 secs i took to shoot that image.

*(it's not a great image just one which shows just how razor thin the DOF on a 50mm at point blank range is)
