Need Lens Advice for a Canon 7D

This April I am going to CA with a group of friends and we are going up in a hot air balloon.  I need some feed back on what lens I should purchase.  I have the 70-200mm but I need something wide.  Would the 8-15mm work?  or 16-35? or 24-70?
