Patsy how did you do that? I have a photo of my son whose skin is too red on his cheeks and am having trouble getting it to match the rest of his face. The redness is natural, not induced by the camera if that matters. I've tried to reduce the red channel and vary the mask, but it leaves the area either too red or too gray. I've looked through tutorials but haven't found one that works. I was just about to post it here when I came upon this picture and your fix. Thank you.

Snydly what I did was to replace color, what you want to do is reduce the color, the way I would reduce the redness in your son's cheeks is very similar to the video link below after a couple of attempts you will be amazed at the results you can achieve.
