I've only tried it with my X-S1 raws so far but it takes a several minutes to process a single file without doing anything too fancy. The main problem is the redraw/refresh rate at which it displays the file, this is painfully slow. That's on a Macbook with 3 Gig of ram and a dual core 2.4 Ghz processor that runs lightroom 4 at an acceptable speed (and will run CS5 at the same time without crashing). It is, without doubt, the slowest raw processor I've ever run.

That's not normal.

I told you what the Windows figures are so where do you think the problem lies? I'm not sure because I don't have a mac handy.

I have no idea why, it just crawls. The machine isn't the fastest but it runs lightroom ok so I don't think it's that. It doesn't really matter, as long as I can get decent output when I occasionally need to shoot raw then I can live with it.
