That is how the excited email from Warehouse Express describes it which tends to suggest that this is the end of the DX line.

Big question: does it have an instant zoom on playback like the D300s has (but the D7000 does not)? Makes a big difference to me.

Does it have oil spots/AF problems? Time will tell. I shan't rush to get it just yet.

I am suspicious about how light it is and that they bundle it with the 18-105mm lens.
